Be in control and organised.

Be happy and body confident.

Be vibrant and resilient.

This is for you if...

You're tired of being tired, you're snapping at everyone, you're getting hot flushes, you're loosing your patience with everything, and your anxiety is through the roof.  You can't seem to remember anything, there's a permanent fog in your brain, and you're one step away from loosing the plot.

You're fed up with being on a permanent diet and still putting on weight, your cravings are out of control, and bloating means you can't wear those jeans or that gorgeous dress because you feel uncomfortable and embarrassed destroying your confidence and ruining your self-esteem.

You're not happy that your gut is ruling and ruining your life.  You feel heavy and full for a long time after you eat and refer to yourself as carrying a 'food baby'.  You want to eat like a normal person and not have to undo your buttons or zip at the table.

You're sick of your clothes getting tight around your middle during or immediately after meals or as the day goes on.  You're waking up with a flat stomach but going to bed feeling like you've been inflated.  You know its not normal and its affecting your confidence and relationships socially, intimately, and professionally.

You just want to be able to live a normal life and go out without worrying about where the nearest toilets are because right now you know that when you need to go, you need to go!

...and if you're ready to...

Prioritise your healing both practically and financially.  When we consider food our medicine, we respect the need to make it an integral part of our daily routine. If you're ready to adjust your schedule to make food an important part of your day, then you're in the right place.  If you feel unable to commit financially to the plan right now, can you re-prioritise spending in other parts of your life so that you have the funds to work on healing and feeling better?

Commit to a new approach to healing that addresses the root cause.  If you're ready to work at the level and pace required to nourish your body with what it needs to work properly, then you're in the right place.  If you're looking for a quick fix or a pill for an ill that just delays healing and makes symptoms or health worse over time, this isn't for you.

Change your diet.  There is no way of softening the blow with this one.  If you want to heal and feel better, you need to be ready and prepared to change your diet but it's easier than you think.  If you want a programme that gives you a framework for what, when, and how to eat to alleviate your symptoms but leaves plenty of room for personal choice, variation, and a little bit of fun, then this is for you.

Tackle stress because it's a major hormonal and digestive disrupter that will un-do all the hard work you'll be doing on your diet.  External stress equals internal stress and inflammation which causes dis-ease.  If you want a programme that helps reduces internal stress and  inflammation then this is for you.

Embrace routine. Yes, routine will need to become your friend because the body is happy when it knows what to expect and when.  We're happier and calmer when things happen when they're supposed to and the body is no different.  Predictabilty isn't boring when it comes to healing.

...then together we will...

Uncover the root cause of your symptoms by conducting a full health audit because understanding why you have your symptoms and having a plan for addressing them immediately reduces anxiety because it takes away the mystery and fear and puts you back in control of the situation.

Understand your current diet, eating habits, daily and weekly eating pattern and routine so that the dietary and lifestyle changes needed to heal the gut and repair your hormones are practical and fit in with your life.

Identify any foods in your diet, habits, or stressors that could be aggravating your symptoms and impeding your ability to heal.

Introduce realistic, implementable and sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle over the course of the programme to allow the gut to heal and hormones to rebalance.  We want new eating behaviours and choices to become habit so that healing really is for life.

Remove the confusion caused by flip-flopping between the latest food fads and diets or from following the latest 'expert' advice that changes from one day to the next.  You'll learn and implement the basic foundations for maintaining your health, and the knowledge you need for protecting your future health.

What that looks like...

In-depth 90 minute consultation to conduct a full health audit and symptoms assessment.

A structured plan of action for each stage tailored to your symptoms and lifestyle.

3 clear and simple stages ensure you know where you are on your healing journey.

4 x Monthly 60 minute sessions to assess and track progress at each stage.

Ongoing message support throughout your programme (Monday - Friday).

"After having my consultation with Lorraine, it opened my eyes to how I could be helping myself to cure my health issues, particularly my IBS and cluster headache symptoms, just by changing a few things with my diet and exercise.  I found Lorraine to be very informative, for example, I didn't know that the alopecia I had suffered from in the past was connected to my stress and IBS at that time.  Lorraine certainly did her research to work out a plan that could benefit me".

About Me

In my twenties and thirties, I suffered from IBS, headaches and eczema never realising they were all symptoms of the same dis-ease.  After years of medicating symptoms and signing up for my first marathon, I changed my diet and began prioritising sleep.  I noticed my energy levels were significantly higher despite all the running I was doing.  My headaches were much less frequent, my IBS was significantly better, and the patches of eczema hadn’t reappeared for several months.  I had experienced the healing effect of an improved diet and lifestyle and wanted to understand how and why, which led me to study Nutritional Medicine.

I understand how depressing it feels to have a 'food baby' after a meal and the need to remember to do my buttons or zip back up before I leave the table in a restaurant.  I know how frustrating it is to start the day with a nice normal tummy and to finish it looking like I had been inflated.  I know the misery of eczema breakouts that become infected, sore, and look unsightly.  I also understand the power and relief of healing your body through food and lifestyle rather than medicating symptoms that only get worse.

Now I help women like you achieve the same results and the best part about Nutritional Medicine is that changes do not have to be big to start yielding results.  A few small, gradual, and consistent changes are more beneficial to sustained healing than a sudden overhaul that proves impractical, unsustainable, demotivating and just makes symptoms worse.  Healing requires time, patience, determination, and dedication, but the rewards are significant, life changing, empowering, and enduring.
